This is a full-bodied and well balanced traditional blend. This is roasted quite dark. It works very well as a filter coffee as well.
This is a really nice blend with delightful notes of peach and chocolate.
These coffees are grown from a specific country or region, and processed at local co-op or washing station. Some can be traced to a specific farm or lot. It is important to us to know what we are buying and from where, to ensure high quality but also to try to do our part to make coffee that is sustainable for people and the environment.
From a producer near Mount Elgon in Uganda that launched a gender inclusion strategy promoting economic growth in rural areas, this is one of our favorites. With delightful notes of apple, biscuits, black tea, and citrus.
